Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using X Bookmark Exporter ("the Product"), operated by Fast IT ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

Product Description

X Bookmark Exporter is a browser extension that helps users export and organize bookmarks in multiple formats with clean, structured output.

License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Product.

Payments

The Product is available as a one-time purchase with lifetime access. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any price change will not affect existing purchases.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Product are owned by Fast IT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
